Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Farmers residing in rural communities of Latur district. Farmers who are permanent residents of Latur district. Individuals aged 18-80 years will be selected for the study. Individuals are currently engaged in farming activities. Individuals who provide informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-farmers or individuals not involved in agricultural activities individuals residing in the urban areas of Latur district. Individuals with severe systemic illness or mental disability who are unable to provide reliable responses

.To assess the patterns and forms of tobacco consumption among the study population. To assess the level of nicotine dependence among the study population. To assess the oral health status among the study population. Timepoint: Baseline, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months.
