Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hb level 8.0-12mg /dl (mild moderate anemia) Patients who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Hb more than 12mg/dl Patients with celiac disease, crohn s disease, Duodenal ulcers Patients with heavy bleeding during menstruation Patients with hemoglobinopathies and hemolytic anemia Pregnant women Patients with psychiatric disorders Patients with chronic diseases such as liver disease or renal disease Malabsorption syndrome
