Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or more with renal stones of size 5 mm to 20 mm planned for retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) and willing to provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with more than three renal stones, ureteric stones, anatomical abnormalities such as horseshoe kidney or malrotated kidney, pelviureteric junction obstruction, history of previous renal stone surgery or those requiring simultaneous additional surgical procedures.
