Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University badminton players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent history of upper or lower limb injury History of upper or lower limb fracture within the last 6 months Presence of systemic illness on the day of assessment History of recent surgical procedures Diagnosed cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases Uncontrolled medical conditions such as hypertension Unwillingness to participate in the study
