Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both males and females Age 18-45 years. Only those with chronic conditions of SAIS, i.e., 3 months. Pain rating on NPRS of less than or equal to 7/10 (during elevation activity). A minimum of 2 out of 3 diagnostic criteria for SAIS: Neer s impingement test, Hawkins- Kennedy impingement test, Zaslav Test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder surgery, full-thickness rotator cuff tear, shoulder instability, shoulder pain with cervical spine motion, acromioclavicular (AC) joint pathology, Systemic musculoskeletal disease. Adhesive capsulitis, Periarthritis, bursitis, neurological involvement with sensory and muscular deficit.
