Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age Criteria: aged 60 to 70 years. 2. Patient diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) by MoCA 3. Ability to sit for 45 minutes and screened by sitting balance scale score 43 and44 4. SHFT Score less than 80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Major Neurological Conditions 2. Severe Musculoskeletal Limitations 3. Significant Sensory Impairments 4. Psychiatric or Behavioral Conditions 5. Uncontrolled Medical Conditions 6. Participation in Other Therapies 7. Impaired Visual ability
