Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically proven invasive breast carcinoma. Patients who underwent staging or response evaluation imaging (PET/CT) Imaging evidence of metastatic involvement of IMNs (pathology or PET-avid).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with prior non-breast malignancies involving mediastinal nodes. Inadequate imaging quality or missing essential data for nodal mapping. Patients who received prior radiotherapy to the mediastinum.

To determine the distribution pattern of internal mammary nodal (IMN) metastases in breast cancer patients across early, locally advanced, and metastatic stagesTimepoint: 1 year

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the coverage of involved IMNs by standard radiotherapy atlases (RTOG, ESTRO, RADCOMP).Timepoint: at 1 year
