Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients aged 50 years and above diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia presenting with lower urinary tract symptoms willing to participate in the study and willing for regular follow up and willing to take homoeopathic treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with suspected or confirmed prostate cancer history of prostate surgery severe systemic illness affecting urinary function and patients not willing to participate or follow up
