Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Gingival crevicular fluid sampling will be performed after periodontal surgery to evaluate changes in biomarker levels.Timepoint: Baseline, 2nd and 6th week

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Wound healing will be assessed by Landry s wound healing index.Timepoint: 7th day and 14th day;To assess and compare post-operative pain using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) associated with laser-assisted tissue welding and absorbable suturesTimepoint: 7th day and 14th day
