Pressure of douche: 5 to 50pounds.
Temperature: Cold douche: 50 to 70 F.

Inclusion criteria: Elevated Blood Pressure/Hypertension Stage 1. Willingness To Participate in this Study And Provided Written Informed Consents. Who Wont Consume Alcohol Or Tobacco Products In The Last 24 Hours Before The Intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant Women. Individual Who Are Unable To Give Response Due To Serious Physical Or Mental Illness. Individual With Any Other Co Morbidity. Individual With Any Scar Or Open Wound. Did Not Provided Written Informed Consents. Patients Who Are Under Medication.
