Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: .Adult patient aged 18-75 years .Scheduled for elective cardiac surgery(e.g, coronary artery bypass grafting, valve replacement) .American Society of Anaesthesiologists(ASA) physical status II-III. .Hemodynamically stable preoperatively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: .Coagulopathy or ongoing anticoagulant therapy cotraindicating neuraxial blockade. .Allergy to local anaesthetics. .Infection at the site of block or epidural insertion. .Pre-existing neurological deficits. .Refusal to participate.
