Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menstrual periods between 21 and 35 days Not taking antidepressant medication, No hormone therapy Not using vitamins Having a score of more than 80 on this premenstrual syndrome scale questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to aromatherapy Starting hormone therapy or using medication affecting treatment, Surgery Death of loved ones in last 3 months.
