Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed case of diabetes mellitus type 2-newly detected. 2.Diagnosed to be suffering from diabetes type 2 having classical symptoms of diabetes mellitus like a prabhoota mutrata b avil mutrata c nidra adhikya d sweda adhikya e pipasa 3 Blood fasting sugar level must not less then 120mg/dl or not more then 250mg/dl 4 post pardinal sugar will not less then 160 mg/dl and more then 300mg/dl 5 Glycated hb must be less than 8.5%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant and accelerated hypertensive 2. Diabetes with known complications 3. If patient is on dialysis 4. Pregnant lady or lactating lady. 5. Patient taking insulin or suffering from Type 1 diabetes 6. Patients who are not willing to participate. 7. Any serious systemic disorder other than Diabetes Mellitus which will interfere with present treatment.
