Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children with fully erupted non-carious non-restored all four first permanent molar teeth. 2.Children aged 6 to 12 years. 3.Patients with I or K type of pits and fissures. 4.Absence of any developmental defect affecting first permanent molar teeth 5.Children whose parents or guardians give consent. 6.Systemically healthy children. 7.Frankl behaviour rating of three or four.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Children for whom consent could not be obtained. 2.Children with partially erupted or unerupted or missing first permanent molar tooth or teeth. 3.ICDAS score greater than 3 4.Patients with U or V type of pits and fissures. 5.Patients with known allergy or sensitivity to acrylates or other similar resins. 6.Patients who did not meet age criteria. 7.Children with presence of any restorations, sealants or prosthesis on first permanent molar teeth.
