Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age more than 18 years 2 Diagnosed with localized urological pelvic malignancies 3 Planned elective surgery radical prostatectomy radical cystectomy 4 Medically fit to participate in exercise therapy 5 Provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ASA class IV V 2 Severe cardiac/orthopaedic/neurological contraindications 3 Prior major pelvic surgery impairing functional baselines
