Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing for trial 2.Patients having age between 12-35 years 3.Patients having regular menstrual cycles(21-35) 4.Patients having lakshana of Udavartini Yonivyapada and symptoms of primary Dysmenorrhoea 5.Complaints of associated symptoms like pelvic pain,mood disturbance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with pelvic pathology like endometriosis, adenomyosis, PID, uterine fibroid etc 2.Patients with irregular menstrual cycle 3.Patients using OCP and IUCD 4.Patients with systematic illness like,HTN,DM etc 5.Patients having positive HIV, HBsAg, HCV 6.Patients having abnormal uterine bleeding.
