Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. MRSS i.e., Cervical, dorsal (thoracic), and lumbar stenosis demonstrated by whole-spine MRI. 2. Positive clinico-radiological correlation (symptoms match imaging). 3. General medical condition allowing for prolonged, combined surgical intervention. 4. Willingness to undergo simultaneous surgery and aggressive post-op physiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients medically unfit for prolonged general anaesthesia. 2. Patients unwilling to give consent for high-risk surgery. 3. Incomplete medical records or imaging data.
