Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with single rooted tooth with poor prognosis and wants replacement with dental implant American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA I and II category patients Subjects aged between 20 to 60 years The patient agreed to be included into the study Informed and Written consent Patients with adequate bone width and height for implant placement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who are Immuno-compromised Patients who had previous chemotherapy or radiotherapy Current Tobacco chewers and smokers Acute or Chronic Systemic Diseases Uncontrolled Diabetes, Auto Immune Deficiency Patients with a previous history of soft tissue and bone grafting procedures prior to implant placement in the concerned region Patients under the administration of bisphosphonates Patients who had known bone disease Pregnancy or lactating women
