Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young adults aged 18-25 years according to WHO. 2.Individuals using digital screens mobile laptop tablet TV for 2 hours day according to guidelines of WHO. 3.Willing to provide informed consent. 4.Fluent in English .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Prediagnosed psychiatric or cognitive disorders 2.History of chronic sleep disorders. 3.Current use of sedatives or sleep-altering medications. 4.Visual or cognitive impairments affecting survey completion
