Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children aged 3 TO 6 years diagnosed with early childhood caries requiring restoration of multisurface carious lesions with at least one intact surface or Class IV carious lesions involving primary maxillary incisors. 2. Children exhibiting positive or definitely positive behaviour (Frankl s behaviour rating scale scores 3 or 4). 3. Radiographic evidence of carious lesions confined to the outer two third of dentin, with no signs or symptoms of irreversible pulpitis and the presence of at least two third of remaining root length assessed using ICCMS. 4. Primary maxillary incisors with adequate occlusal clearance to permit placement of strip crown restorations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Teeth that shows sign of irreversible pulpitis. 2. Children with systemic diseases, significant medical conditions, or long-term illnesses that could influence oral health or treatment outcomes. 3. Endodontically treated primary maxillary incisors. 4. Teeth with fractures due to trauma, history of trauma or developmental anomalies. 5. Children with a known allergy or hypersensitivity to any materials used in the study.
