Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 60 years diagnosed with non specific low back pain lasting more than 3 weeks but less than 3 months patient able to provide informed consent willing to participate in a 2 week intervention program no prior exposure to VR based rehabilitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery or diagnosed disc herniation neurological deficits or systemic diseases affecting musculoskeletal function cognitive or visual impairments interfering with VR engagement currently enrolled in other physiotherapy or pain management programs use of corticosteroids or recent pharmacologic pain interventions less than one week
