Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients admitted for more than or equal to 48 hours Patients Prescribed at least one PPI during the current inpatient admission written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years of age Patients admitted for less than 48 hours Patients already taking a PPI at home at the time of admission
