Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 40-50 years. Clinically and radiologically diagnosed lumbar foraminal canal stenosis confirmed by MRI. Symptoms present for at least 6 months. Complaints of neurogenic claudication, or functional limitations. Ability to follow exercise instructions. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent. Patient with Grade 1(mild) and Grade 2 (moderate) lumbar foraminal canal stenosis as confirmed by MRI. Grading based on Lee et al. MRI classification of lumbar foraminal stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery. Acute lumbar disc herniation or instability. Severe neurological deficits Other serious musculoskeletal or neurological disorders. Participation in another physiotherapy program in the last 3 months.
