Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 50 years Opposing natural dentition intact and healthy without attrition abrasion abfraction Endodontically treated single unilateral posterior tooth Premolar or Molar Good oral hygiene willingness for followup No active periodontal disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Developmental enamel defects Bruxism TMJ disorders Systemic metabolic conditions affecting enamel

Monolithic Polished zirconia may produce significantly less antagonist enamel wear than Monolithic glazed zirconia and metal-ceramic crownsTimepoint: 1 year

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Monolithic Glazed ceramic may show the highest wear once glaze is lost clinically.Timepoint: 1 year; Monolithic Polished zirconia is expected to be the most enamel friendly and durable restorative option for posterior crownsTimepoint: 1 year
