Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute Fissure-in-ano. Patient with / without bleeding from fissure. Patient without sentinel tag. Patient who will be ready to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic Fissure-in-ano Patient of the age below 18 and above 60 years will be excluded. Patient with a concurrent systemic disease like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension HCV, HIV, HbsAg. Patient with associated, Fistula, Abscess , Carcinoma etc Pregnant/Lactating women. Patient with sentinel tag Patient who will be not ready to give written consent
