Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome with acne 2.Patient age group between 18 to 45 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Patient on acne with other methods of treatment 2Pregnant and lactating women 3Other endocrine disorders diabetes mellitus acne in hypothyroidism acne in hyperthyroidism

MeasureTime frame
Complete disappearance of acne lesions Score less than 3 on an acne severity scale GAGS. Resolution of associated PCOS symptoms such as menstrual irregularities hirsutism or weight issues. Timepoint: 18 months
