Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anaesthesiologists Grade I/II Lower limb orthopaedic surgical procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Refusal Morbidly obese Patients who had a past history of reaction to study drugs Patients on analgesic therapy and calcium channel blockers Patients having major hepatic, renal, or cardiovascular dysfunction Any contraindication to central neuraxial blockade
