Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All ASA I to IV patients 2. Age group 18 to 70 years 3.All adult patients needing subclavian vein cannulation in neurosurgery OT
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Previous neck surgery 3. Local infection/soft tissue pathology at insertion site 4. Coagulopathy 5. Cardiac arrhythmias interfering with ECG interpretation (important addition)
