Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects diagnosed with sciatica (clinically or radiologically confirmed) and subjects who are unwilling to undergo surgery intervention and to obtain conservative homeopathic management. 2. Age group 25 to 65 years. 3. Subjects of both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases Pregnant or lactating women. 2. Subjects with serious systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes, renal failure

Results will be assessed clinically based on the changes in subjects presenting symptoms and scoring from Parameters used: Sciatica Bothersome Index(SBI) (0=none to 6=extremely) Sciatica Frequency Index (SFI) (0=none to 6=extremely ) Recovered: Scores of 0-1 categorized as recovered (SBI &SFI) Improved: Scores of 2-3 catagorized as improved (SBI&SFI) Timepoint: 18 months
