Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: athletes having subacute or chronic ankle instability cumberland score less than 24 mcgill core endurance test score difference of 5 to 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: athletes who have undergone any ankle surgery in the past 1 year
