Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individuals aged 50 to 75 years. Elderly Participants willing to participate. Both male and female participants. Individuals with impaired balance or increased risk of fall. Participants who are able to stand with or without minimal assistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with or having past history of any cognitive impairment. Participants with any history of any cognitive impairment. Participants not willing to participate.
