Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from chronic disease (duration more than 6 months). Age group between 18 and 60 years. Cases managed with single remedy prescribing (classical homoeopathy). Patient willing to give informed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with acute condition or intercurrent acute episodes or emergencies. Use of multiple or mixed remedies. Patient on long-term allopathic medication influencing symptom expression. Patient lost to follow -up with incomplete clinical records.
