Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants ready to provide informed consent 2.Participants actively training and competing 3.Rifle shooters with 3 year of experience (Age: 18-30,minimum 4 days per week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Rifle shooters with pre-existing musculoskeletal disorder, not related to shooting
