Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 All patient of chronic subdural hematoma selected for surgery in department of trauma surgery and critical care AIIMS Patna. 2 Those who give consent for the surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient with recurrent chronic SDH. 2 Those who did not give consent for the study. 3 Acute on chronic SDH or significant coagulopathy.
