Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in the age group of 20-40 years who require endodontic therapy in mandibular premolars and have signed the informed consent Mandibular premolar diagnosed with vital symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with normal periapical tissues Healthy patients without systemic diseases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete apex formation Periapical abscess Periodontally weakened teeth Medically compromised teeth

MeasureTime frame
The study outcome showed that XP-Endo Shaper and HyFlex CM were associated with comparatively less post-obturation pain following single-visit root canal treatment, whereas ProTaper Next showed relatively higher pain levels. HyFlex EDM demonstrated intermediate postoperative pain outcomes. Timepoint: The pain was evaluated at 6hr 12hr 24hr 48hr 1week
