Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants diagnosed with insomnia disorder according to DSM-5 OR ICSD-3 Criteria. 2. Willing to provide informed consent 3. Able to comply with study visits, counselling session, and homoeopathic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Shift-work disorder or irregular sleep schedule 2. Presence of other primary sleep disorder like sleep apnea, Restless leg syndrome, Periodic limb movement disorder,Narcolepsy 3. severe psyhiatric illness( major depression, psychosis, substance use disorder) 4. severe medical comorbidities ( uncontrolled hypertension, Diabetes, epilesy, severe cardiac/ hepatic disease 5. Patients on ongoing hypnotic medication that cannot be stopped. 6. Pregnant or lactating women
