Intervention1: Yoga Group: Patients in this group will be receiving yogic intervention module along with the pharmacological treatment and other necessary advises from their attending physician at AII

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female 2) A headache history for more than one year 3) 5 or more headache attacks in last three months 4) Diagnosed with migraine by the neurologist or physician 5) Willing to follow yogic attitudes and complete headache diary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant/lactating women 2) Any primary psychiatric disorders 3) Women who have attained menopause 4) Active participant of yoga for the past six months 5) History of head or neck injuries within last one year
