Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess and compare onset time of two different doses of Rocuronium bromide between two groups. Timepoint: time interval between administration of intubating dose of rocuronium bromide and loss of last twitch on tof

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess & compare the difference in favourable intubating conditions between the groups: Laryngoscopy , vocal cord position & reaction to insertion of the tracheal tube & cough inflation.Timepoint: During intubation; To assess & compare the difference in the duration of action between the groups.Timepoint: appearance of first twitch of TOF from the onset; To assess & compare the requirement of rocuronium bromide per/kg/hour during surgery between the groups.Timepoint: At the end of surgery
