Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Subject aged 21years and above 2 Clinically diagnosed cases of anal fissure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Fissures secondary to other systemic diseases eg Crohns disease , tuberculosis 2 Subjects requiring emergency surgical intervention 3 Pregnant and lactating women 4 Subjects suffering from other systemic disease eg DM,HTN etc
