Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18-30 years, Native Kannada speakers, which includes male and female Normal hearing sensitivity (PTA more than or equal 20 dBHL at octave frequencies from 250Hz to 8Khz in both ears) Normal or corrected to normal vision and Willingness to participate and provide informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of any otological disorder or history of ear surgery. Neurological, cognitive, or psychological disorders that may affect attention or listening performance History of noise exposure, ototoxic drug use, or speech-language disorders. Participants reporting fatigue, sleep deprivation, or medication use affecting pupil size or cognitive effort during testing sessions.
