Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 2 10 years. 2.Healthy children with or without a history of mouth breathing snoring or sleep-disordered breathing. 3.Children accompanied by a parent or primary caregiver. 4.Written informed consent obtained from parents/guardians
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of orthodontic or dentofacial orthopedic treatment. 2.Craniofacial syndromes or congenital maxillofacial deformities (including cleft lip and/or palate). 3.History of birth-related craniofacial injuries. 4.Previous oral nasal or upper airway surgeries (including adenotonsillectomy). 5.Craniofacial bone deformities affecting normal growth. 6.Neuromuscular disorders including muscular dystrophies. 7.Developmental delay or intellectual disability affecting questionnaire reliability. 8.Severe facial asymmetry. 9.Children with chronic systemic diseases or syndromes. 10.Systemic diseases affecting skeletal growth or general physical development.
