Intervention1: kids-e-dental38% Silver Diamine Fluoride , high viscosity gic: After achieving isolation using cotton rolls and saliva ejectors, the cavity and adjacent tooth surfaces will be cleaned.c

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children between age group 3 to 9 years. 2.Deep dentin carious lesions according to clinical (with score of ICDAS 4 or 5) and ICDAS-ICCMS radiographic criteria with scoring ranging from RA3 to RC5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with known history of allergy to any of the tested materials. 2.Children with systemic conditions. 3.Clinical & radiographic signs & symptoms of irreversible pulpitis such as spontaneous pain / pain persisting after the disappearance of the existing stimulus/sensitivity to pressure. 4.Presence of fistula, swelling, abnormal tooth mobility, radiolucency at interradicular/periapical regions, internal/external tooth resorption.

MeasureTime frame
1.Assessment of clinical success of silver modified atraumatic restorative treatment (SMART) using 38% silver diamine fluoride (SDF) as liner material under high viscosity glass ionomer cement (HVGIC). 2.Assessment of clinical success of SMART using Nano Silver fluoride (NSF) and as liner material under HVGIC. Timepoint: 1,3,6 months

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare clinical success of 38% SDF and NSF for SMART. 2.To compare radiographic outcomes following the use of SDF and NSF. 3.To evaluate dental maturation using Demirjian tooth development criteria and to correlate it with reparative dentin formation and clinical success of treatment. Timepoint: 1,3,6 months
