Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for LSCS under spinal anaesthesia ASA class two Age eighteen to thirty five years Height one hundred forty to one hundred seventy centimetres BMI less than thirty kg per metre square Uncomplicated singleton pregnancy Patients having systolic blood pressure between one hundred ten to one hundred thirty mm Hg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having history of any systematic illness of cardiovascular system, respiratory system, endocrine, renal or hepatic disorders Patient taking any treatment for any chronic illness Fetal distress as diagnosed by obstetrician Patient having dehydration or antepartum haemorrhage BMI more than thirty kg per metre square
