Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient suffering from chronic disease without systemic complications. 2. Patient of both sexes between the age group 18 to 65 years. 3. Patient willing to regular follow up. 4. Case treated with classical Homoeopathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with acute diseases or emergencies. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Patient lost to regular follow up or with incomplete clinical records. 4. Mentally incapasitated patient
