Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 65 years, of either gender with type 2 diabetic mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes mellitus. 2. Patients with severe obstructive sleep apnea and peripheral neuropathies are previously diagnosed and are either currently on treatment 3. Shift workers
