Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neonates with gestational age equivalent to 32.1 weeks to 36.6 weeks of either sex. Neonates with birth weight in between 1700gm to 2499gm. Babies who are haemodynamically stable. Neonates who are on full feed.. Parents who will give informed written consent those baby will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates having respiratory distress Hypoglycemia those who are receiving supplementary oxygen ventilatory support and having neurological problems Neonates with major congenital anomalies at birth cleft palate cleft lip imperforated anus diaphragmatic hernia, cyanotic heart disease Tracheo oesophageal fistula. Those who are having neonatal sepsis Jaundice fever will be excluded Those are having systemic diseases and skin disorders will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
To study efficacy of Vachadisurypak Tail abhyanga in preterm low birth weight babies for weight gain by giving abhyanga for 1 month.Timepoint: Treatment will be given for 1 month Follow up and assessment will be done on 5th 15th and 30th day Adverse effect will be notice and noted.
