Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who are willing to give informed consent for the study Patients willing to undergo Agni assessment Both male and female patient Patients diagnosed with Yuvanpidika (Acne Vulgaris) based on Ayurvedic & modern parameters Patients with first time or recurrent acne (non scarring type) Patients with mild to moderate severity (Grade I to III) based on acne Grading Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any type of systemic skin disorders Patients on long-term corticosteroids or hormonal therapy Pregnant or lactating women Diagnosed metabolic or endocrine disorders Patients with severe nodulocystic acne or Grade IV acne requiring urgent allopathic care Patients who are on Panchakarma or Rasayana therapy at the time of study Patients with psychological disorders or inability to understand instructions for assessment Individuals with chronic illnesses affecting digestion and metabolism Patients with active skin infections or secondary bacterial infections Patients unwilling to follow up if required for re-assessment
