Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 20-60 year. 2. Selected sign and symptom based on both ayurvedic and modern context. 3. Impaired fasting glucose (exceed normal fasting level) 4. Impaired ppbs 2 hrs (exceed the normal level). 5. Patient willing to give their consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.They having advanced renal or liver disease etc. 2.Patients having any other systemic illness like active tuberculosis or other endocrine disorder like cussing syndromes etc. 3.Insulin dependent diabetic patients.
