Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years, male or female 2. Patient with a high-velocity proximal tibia fracture (SCHATZKER Type IV V VI) 3. Patient giving informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age Less than18 years 2. Patient with polytrauma necessitating damage control orthopaedics. 3. Patient with multiple lower limb fractures. 4. Patient with Gustilo-Anderson Grade 3 open fractures t hat required primarily wound management. 5. Patients with pregnancy, psychiatric, neurological, and other disorders that affect management and preclude outcome assessment. 6. The patient did not give informed consent to participate in the study
