Inclusion criteria: Females aged 18 45 - Menstrual or general gynecological complaints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant/lactating Known case of malignancy, systemic illness, coagulopathy, TB - Allergy to ingredients Known case of HIV, HBsAg, Anti-HCV, VDRL -Bleeding followed by abortion -Ulcerative colitis
